A market leading Real Estate investment firm is looking for an Investor Relations Analyst/Associate to join their team. With $8B in AUM, this position offers the opportunity for someone with a couple years of Investor Relations experience to continue their career with a team that has a very strong track record and well-established industry relationships.

The Investor Relations Analyst/Associate will be responsible for:

  • Coordination and organization of fundraising processes for individual investments and commingled funds.
  • Assist in creating investor presentations and reports.
  • Gather research on prospective investors and participate in business development efforts.
  • Produce and manage reports on fundraising efforts.

The Investor Relations Analyst/Associate should have the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Commercial Real Estate experience
  • Undergraduate degree is required, preferably with a focus in Business, Real Estate, or Finance
  • Understanding of underwriting and investment concepts and the ability to apply concepts
  • Advanced financial and analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
